Delivery and right of withdrawal
Digital products
Delivery takes place immediately after the purchase is completed. An order confirmation containing a download link is sent to the email address provided by the customer at checkout. It is therefore important that customers provide a valid email address.
To complete the purchase, customers must expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that they will lose their right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
Digital embroidery patterns are supplied as PDF files, sometimes packaged in ZIP archives. Customers are responsible for having the software required to open and read the files. The company does not provide such software. Not having the necessary software does not, in itself, entitle the customer to a refund.
Digital products are sold without a voluntary right of return or exchange. The statutory right of withdrawal is governed by the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59).
This does not affect the customer's statutory rights regarding faulty products.
Physical products
Physical products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout. Any shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination country.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties, import VAT and other charges may apply. These are payable by the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Right of withdrawal for physical products
Customers purchasing physical products have a statutory right of withdrawal to the extent provided by applicable consumer protection law.
For purchases covered by the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59), customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period begins on the day after the customer receives the goods.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU/EEA, withdrawal rights may vary depending on the applicable law.
Customers must notify the company of their decision to withdraw within the withdrawal period. The goods must then be returned within 14 days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
When customers exercise their right of withdrawal, the product price and any standard delivery charges will be refunded. Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after the company receives notice of withdrawal. However, the refund may be withheld until the goods have been received or the customer has provided proof that they have been sent back.
Customers have the right to inspect the goods but may be responsible for any diminished value if the goods have been handled more than is necessary to establish their characteristics and functionality.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the embroidery patterns, instructions and product images are protected by copyright.
You may print and copy a purchased pattern for personal use.
You may not sell, publish, distribute or share the pattern file with others without permission.
You may sell individual hand-embroidered items made using the pattern, but you may not mass-produce them for sale.
For patterns released under a Creative Commons licence or patterns that are in the public domain, the rights specified for each individual pattern apply instead.
Limitations of website services

Registered customers can log in to carolinasbroderi.se and download previously purchased files.
The company does not guarantee that the website will always be available. Interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, technical problems or circumstances beyond the company's control.
The company reserves the right to modify or restrict the services offered on the website. Customers are therefore advised to keep their own copies of purchased files.
Complaints
If a physical or digital product is faulty, customers have the right to make a complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Customers can make a complaint by contacting the company by email or post.
