Pattern file format
The pattern you purchase is delivered as a PDF file.
You need a PDF reader to open and view the pattern on your computer, smartphone, or tablet. Read more about how to use PDF files.
You also need a program to open ZIP files on your device.
The company does not provide these programs to the customer.
Copyright – what you may and may not do

Patterns protected by copyright
Unless otherwise specified, the pattern is protected by copyright.
According to these terms and conditions, you have the right to:

- Sell individual finished made from the pattern, at low scale, as a hobby or handmade product.
You may not:
- Copy the pattern to resell it or gift it to a third party, if you also keep your copy of the pattern.
- Share the pattern with a large number of people, for example by making it available online.
- Share images of the pattern where the details are obvious in a way that the pattern can be recreated
- Mass-produce products for sale, based on the pattern

Patterns licensed under Creative Commons or without copyright (public domain) are clearly marked on the website.
This may include patterns that the company has reproduced from older patterns, historical embroideries, or works of art.
When you download or purchase this type of pattern, you agree to follow the terms of that license.

Limitations of services on this website

The company reserves the right to change or limit the service at any time. You are therefore strongly advised to save a copy of the file you have purchased.
Complaints
If the product is defective, you have the right to make a complaint within three years from the date of purchase in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Complaints can be made by contacting the company by email or letter.
